Join me for a sweet, deep and rounded series of practices on Zoom this summer

We will gather through the online space for 70 minutes dedicated to embodied practice and prayer. We will chant mantras, practice cleansing pranayama and move our body with intention, loving kindness and devotion. Expect a mix of flow and held postures.

Classes are open to all levels and there will be options and variations throughout.

Props such as 2 blocks, a strap and a chair (any chair) are recommended.Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Himalayan Yoga

Emma teaches an authentic and holistic class, drawing on wisdom from the Vedantic Himalayan tradition. Each class is unique, guiding you through movement that encompasses the rich, living teachings of yoga, connecting asana with mantra, pranayama, and kriya to meet all that life brings. Movement releases stagnant energy, guiding you into a deeper relationship with stillness and towards an inner source of empowerment.

Offering a thoughtful experience, Emma adapts her classes carefully to each group, offering core techniques and inspiration to explore, practice, learn, and grow. Her intention is to support individuals in reconnecting with their inherent value, awakening resilience, clarity, and a deeper sense of belonging.
